St. Louis Rams PSLs (Permanent Seat Licenses) and Club Memberships
What is a St. Louis Rams PSL (Permanent Seat License)?
Permanent Seat Licenses (PSLs) give the owner the exclusive rights to purchase St. Louis Rams season tickets for their seats at Edward Jones Dome. As long as the owner of the PSLs purchases the season tickets each year, the PSLs are good for as long as the Rams play at Edward Jones Dome.
PSL Owners receive the following additional benefits:
· Exclusive rights to purchase playoff tickets for your seats
· Pre-sale opportunity to purchase individual game tickets
· Preferred status when purchasing tickets for other events at Edward Jones Dome
· First opportunity to relocate and upgrade your seats
· Ability to transfer your seats to whomever you choose
The Club Level has Club Memberships, which are identical to PSLs and receive the same benefits.

What is a Club Lease?
Seats in the Club Level require Club Leases. During the term of the Club Lease, you must purchase the season tickets or transfer the Club Lease to someone who will purchase the season tickets. The Club Lease for each club listing is displayed on the listing details page in the Marketplace.
Each Club Lease comes with price protection, meaning that your season ticket price cannot increase by more than a certain percentage each year. The following is a breakdown of the different Club Leases:

Transfer Period
Transfers using the Rams PSL Marketplace are accepted Year Round. The St. Louis Rams have also waived the one transfer per year rule for all transfers using the Rams PSL Marketplace - this allows you to buy and sell as often as you like using the Rams PSL Marketplace.

Parking Passes
Parking passes are NOT transferable, but the seller can sell the current season parking pass to the buyer if the seller has already purchased the parking pass from the Ticket Office. You can purchase a parking pass for future seasons from the Ticket Office based on availability. Only seats in the Club Level are guaranteed the opportunity to purchase a parking pass every season.
